In its original form the KK or Kolt Knife had a simple Zytel blade cover. However, many fans of the KK knife were interested in a traditionally styled leather sheath. We are now offering the KK frock knife with a pressure fit sheath made of quality leather. We have also included the original Zytel blade cover.

The FALLKNIVEN KOLT KNIFE is of traditional design where clean lines dominate both the blade and handle. The history of this design goes back to the times when the knife was a common tool used in daily life. This is not a waist belt carry knife. Instead it is intended to be carried in the pocket or around the neck. The Kolt offers a safe comfortable handle and a very strong blade with an extremely sharp edge. The non-aggressive design provides a knife which fits any hand and any task. The click-lock Zytel sheath protects the blade when carried.

In its most primitive form the KK (Kolt Knife) was equipped with just a simple edge protection that just covered the blade. Our thought, when we added a well-fitting plastic sheath to protect the edge, was to mimic the original version. It turned out, however, that many liked the knife as such but preferred rather to carry it on the belt, in a traditionally shaped leather sheath. And why not? So, now this nice frock knife also comes with a well-fitting leather sheath, made of a heavy black leather of the best quality.
