Boker Plus Cataclyst Flipjoint Damast Folding Knife, Brown

As a combination of a modern EDC and a high quality gentleman’s knife, the Boker Plus Cataclyst also convinces in the Damascus variant with 110 layers all along the line. The sturdy blade opens on ball bearings via a flipper and has a flat grind and a groove on both sides. It is held open by the sophisticated flip joint mechanism and does not lock, but is merely held securely in position by a detent ball. With appropriate pressure on the back of the blade, the blade can be folded without releasing a locking device.

Jimpings in the area of the thumb rest and on the backspacer further increase work safety. The straight lined design features front handle scales made of three dimensionally milled Micarta, which is finished in a light brown. The right hand grip and the deep carry clip (tip-up/r), which is also three dimensionally milled from solid material, have a satin finish. Includes a lanyard hole, and supplied with a quality nylon pouch for storage.
